Every pouch covered in this guide contains 0 mg nicotine and no tobacco. Within that, the products fall into three families. Zero-nicotine pouches are flavour only: plant fibre, water, flavourings, salt and sweeteners, with no active ingredient. Caffeine pouches keep the same base and add caffeine, printed as an amount per pouch, from 20 mg (LEWA) to 100 mg (Hicaff). Functional pouches are caffeine pouches whose panels also list vitamins, minerals, taurine or magtein, which LEWA sells under the names FOCUS, GLOW and POWER.

Is nicotine-free the same as tobacco-free?
No, but every product here is both. Nicotine-free means 0 mg nicotine in the pouch. Tobacco-free means no tobacco leaf; the base is plant fibre. A nicotine pouch is tobacco-free but not nicotine-free, and 24Nico sells those in a separate nicotine pouch range.
Do nicotine-free pouches contain caffeine?
Some do and some do not. Zero-nicotine pouches from ZERONITO, VELO Zero, LEO Zero, Après Zero, LOOP Zero, XQS Zero, Onico and LEWA CLASSIC contain no caffeine. Caffeine pouches from LEWA, CAFERO, CAMO and Hicaff list 20 to 100 mg per pouch on the can.
