Why doesn't every product have the badge?+

The badge marks the products where we stand behind the price with a refund promise. A product without the badge is not part of the guarantee right now.

Does the guarantee include shipping?

No. It covers the product price including taxes, duties and import fees. Shipping is a separate charge that depends on your cart.

Does it apply to discount codes?+

No. We compare regular, publicly available prices. Codes, member prices and one-off promotions, ours or theirs, are not compared.

How quickly do I get the difference?+

Once we have checked the price, the refund goes to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider decides how quickly it shows.

Our price guarantee

We want you to pay a fair price for your pouches every day. So we back the products that carry the Price guarantee badge with a promise: find the same product at a lower price at another retailer that ships to Canada, and we refund the difference.

What it means for you

  • A price we stand behind. No need to shop around. A product with the badge is covered by the guarantee, with taxes, duties and import fees included and nothing extra to pay on delivery.
  • Easy to spot. Look for the Price guarantee badge on the product card, the product page and in your cart. If it is there, you are covered.
  • Lower price elsewhere? We pay the difference. If you find it for less within 14 days of your order, we will refund the difference to the payment method you used.

Found it for less?

Email us through the contact page with your order number, the retailer and where you saw the price. We check it and refund the difference.

The fine print

  • The same product: brand, flavour, nicotine content and pack size.
  • Prices are compared as you would actually pay them: including taxes, duties and any import fees. Shipping charges are not part of the comparison, since they depend on the cart rather than the product.
  • The other retailer must ship to Canada, and the price must be live and something you can show us.
  • Claims within 14 days of your order.
  • Not covered: promotional codes and member-only prices, marketplace or auction listings, clearance and damaged stock, obvious pricing errors, and prices in other markets or currencies.

The guarantee does not affect your legal rights as a consumer. We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to orders placed while it is live.
