What are nicotine pouches?
Small pouches placed under the upper lip that release nicotine gradually. They contain nicotine, plant-based fillers, flavourings and salts — no tobacco leaf, no smoke and no vapour.
Are nicotine pouches the same as snus?
No. Traditional snus contains moist tobacco; nicotine pouches are tobacco-free. 24Nico does not sell tobacco snus.
Which strength should I start with?
Our Canadian range runs Low and Normal, up to 4 mg of nicotine per pouch. If you are new to pouches, start at the lower end.
How long does a nicotine pouch last?
Around 15 to 30 minutes under the upper lip, at most about 60,, depending on the product. When the flavour fades, remove the pouch and dispose of it responsibly.
Are nicotine pouches regulated in Canada?
In Canada, nicotine pouches with 4 mg of nicotine or less per pouch are regulated as natural health products. Rules can change; check Health Canada.
