Tobacco-free nicotine pouches for the UK, the product many people here call white snus or nicopods. Every strength is stated per pouch, so a 6 mg VELO and a 6 mg LOOP compare like for like, from Low (0.1–3 mg) up to Ultra and Ultra Max, home to Siberia at 33 mg and LEO's 50 mg line at 35 mg per pouch. Slim, mini and normal formats from VELO, ZYN, LOOP, XQS, Après and JOL, with VAT in the price and nothing to pay on delivery. Narrow by strength, flavour or format below.
WARNING: This product contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical.
Nicotine pouches are small tobacco-free pouches designed to sit under the upper lip during use. They contain nicotine, plant-based fillers and flavourings, without containing tobacco leaf. → Find out more in our guide
No. Snus is a tobacco product and cannot be sold in the UK. Nicotine pouches contain nicotine, plant fibre and flavouring but no tobacco, which is why the UK market calls them white snus or tobacco-free snus. Everything at 24Nico is tobacco-free. → From snus to nicotine pouches
Many beginners start with lower or normal-strength nicotine pouches before moving into stronger products over time, depending on personal preference and nicotine tolerance. → Read more
Ultra Max is our top tier: LEO Black Ice and Frosted Ice, sold as 50 mg, deliver 35 mg of nicotine per pouch and Siberia 33 mg, well above the 20 mg ceiling most UK retailers stop at. Below that, Ultra runs from 13.1 mg with BAGZ 20 mg and ICE XL Super Strong. Both tiers suit experienced users only. → Ultra Max
Most everyday pouches sit between 3 and 9 mg per pouch: Normal (3.1–6 mg) and Strong (6.1–9 mg). Anything above 9 mg is Extra Strong, Ultra or Ultra Max. Always compare per pouch, not per gram: a pouch sold as 50 mg is a 50 mg/g pouch, and delivers 35 mg.
Yes. Modern nicotine pouches are tobacco-free products made using plant-based fillers combined with nicotine and flavourings. → Find out more about what's inside nicotine pouches.

A nicotine pouch is a small white pouch that sits under the upper lip and releases nicotine and flavour for twenty minutes to an hour. In the UK it is often called white snus or a nicopod, but unlike traditional Swedish snus it contains no tobacco: plant fibre, nicotine, flavouring and water. Nothing is lit and nothing is spat out. From snus to nicotine pouches
Every product here is classified by nicotine per pouch, not per gram of filling. Concentration (mg/g) is printed on some UK packs, but a large pouch at a modest concentration can deliver more than a small one at a higher figure, so the per-pouch number is the one that compares fairly across brands. The ladder runs Low (0.1–3 mg), Normal (3.1–6 mg), Strong (6.1–9 mg), Extra Strong (9.1–13 mg), Ultra (13.1–29.9 mg) and Ultra Max (30 mg and above), with Siberia at 33 mg and LEO's 50 mg pouches at 35 mg. Strong and Extra Strong carry the widest choice; if you are new to pouches, start at Low or Normal and move up a tier at a time. → Compare every strength
Slim is the everyday format and the widest range. Mini pouches are shorter and lighter and suit first-time users or a discreet fit. Normal pouches have the largest surface and tend to sit in the stronger tiers. Mint leads the flavours, as it does everywhere, followed by berry, citrus, cola and fruit; some brands add coffee, liquorice and spirits-inspired profiles. → Browse by flavour · Browse by format
VELO, ZYN, LOOP, XQS, Après and Helwit alongside newer Swedish names such as JOL, FUMi, BAGZ, 77 and KUMA, and LEO at the top of the strength ladder. Each brand page lists its full UK range with strength and format per product. → All brands
Prices are in pounds with UK VAT included, and larger packs bring the price per can down: buy bulk and save, with the pack options shown on every product. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sweden and shipped duty-paid, so there are no customs charges or handling fees when the parcel arrives. Age is verified at checkout before a nicotine order is dispatched; 24Nico sells to adults only. Delivery options and tracking are on the delivery page.
