Small pouches placed under the upper lip that release nicotine gradually. They contain nicotine, plant-based fillers, flavourings and salts — no tobacco leaf, no smoke and no vapour.
Are nicotine pouches the same as snus?
No. Traditional snus contains moist tobacco and cannot be sold in the UK; nicotine pouches are tobacco-free. Many UK shoppers still search for "snus" and mean modern nicotine pouches.
Which strength should I start with?
If you are unsure, start with Low or Normal (up to 6 mg per pouch) and move up one step at a time only if you want to.
How long does a nicotine pouch last?
Around 15 to 30 minutes under the upper lip, at most about 60,, depending on the product. When the flavour fades, remove the pouch and dispose of it responsibly.
