Strength decides how a pouch feels far more than flavour does, so it is the axis to settle first. Every figure on this page is nicotine per pouch, the only number that compares fairly across brands. Every nicotine pouch we sell to Canada has 4 mg of nicotine or less per pouch, and the range runs from about 1.5 to 4 mg. That gives two tiers: Low (0.1–3 mg) and Normal (3.1–4 mg). Nicotine-free pouches sit alongside them at 0 mg.
Every product is placed in a tier by nicotine per pouch. Concentration (mg/g) is printed on some packs, but a larger pouch at a modest concentration can hold more nicotine than a small one at a higher figure, so per pouch is the number that compares fairly across brands and formats. A 4 mg pouch is a 4 mg pouch whichever brand made it. The scale for Canada ends at 4 mg.
