LAGOM Nicotine Pouches
LAGOM is one of very few brands that carries the Low tier at all, alongside Normal and Extra Strong, in slim format. That makes it the natural place to start if you want to begin gently rather than jumping in at Normal.

About Lagom
Lagom is a Swedish nicotine pouch brand built around its own name. In Swedish, "lagom" means "just enough", "in moderation" or "in balance", and the brand's pitch is the pouch equivalent of that idea: a slim format, a focused mint-led flavour range and strength tiers that step up calmly rather than chasing maximum mg.
Operated by Be Lagom of Stockholm
Lagom is owned and operated by Be Lagom AB, a Swedish company based in central Stockholm. Three flavour families sit at the centre of the brand: Fresh Mint, Apple Mint and Peach Mint, each built on a plant-fibre base with added nicotine and flavourings.
Lagom flavours stocked at 24Nico
The Lagom nicotine pouch range at 24Nico draws on the brand's three mint-led families:
- Fresh Mint: a clean mint character carried by a distinct cooling note, with no fruit additions.
- Peach Mint: a sweet, rounded peach base sitting alongside the same cooling mint note.
- Apple Mint: a crisp, sweet apple base with the cooling mint note layered through it.
Every flavour shares the same plant-fibre construction and slim pouch shape; the difference between them is the flavour profile, not the build.
Strengths in the Lagom range at 24Nico
The Lagom range at 24Nico covers three strength tiers:
- Low (2.6 mg per pouch): Fresh Mint and Peach Mint, for users who prefer a lighter pouch.
- Normal (5.2 mg per pouch): Fresh Mint Strong, Apple Mint Strong and Peach Mint Strong, the everyday tier in the line-up.
- Xstrong (10.4 mg per pouch): Peach Mint Extra Strong, the highest-strength variant of Lagom stocked at 24Nico.

The 24Nico strength filter uses the Low, Normal, Strong, Xstrong and Ultra scale. On that scale Lagom covers Low, Normal and Xstrong, with Peach Mint Extra Strong as the highest-strength pouch in the line-up. Lagom's own can labels read "Light" for the Low tier (2.6 mg), "Strong" for the Normal tier (5.2 mg) and "Extra Strong" for the Xstrong tier (10.4 mg), so the can and the 24Nico filter can show different words for the same pouch.
FAQ Lagom
What does "lagom" actually mean?
"Lagom" is a Swedish word with no single English equivalent — it is most often translated as "just enough", "in moderation" or "in balance". The brand uses it to signal a measured, restrained pouch rather than a maximum-strength one.
What strengths do Lagom pouches come in?
Three tiers: Low at 2.6 mg per pouch (labelled "Light" on the can, across Fresh Mint and Peach Mint), Normal at 5.2 mg (labelled "Strong" on the can, across all three flavours) and Xstrong at 10.4 mg (Peach Mint Extra Strong).
Can I order Lagom in the UK?
Yes — 24Nico delivers Lagom across the UK. Age verification (18+) is completed at checkout, as with all nicotine products.
