"Nootropic pouches" and "focus pouches" turn up in search results, on product cans and in forum threads, usually without anyone saying what the words mean.

Neither term is a regulated product category. They are market labels. In practice, both are used for the same thing: a nicotine-free pouch whose ingredients panel lists caffeine plus one or more vitamins, minerals or amino acids.
"Nootropic" is a word from the supplements trade. It's applied to ingredients that sellers market with claims about the mind. The word itself tells you nothing about what is in the can; only the panel does.
"Focus pouch" is the plainer version of the same label. Some manufacturers use it as a product name. LEWA, a Swedish brand, sells a pouch called FOCUS and markets it as its focus product.
Either label means a caffeine pouch with extras on the panel. Everything else is marketing. The caffeine amount, printed per pouch, is the number that matters, and the extras are listed by name so you can look each one up.
Of the 16 caffeine pouches we sell, the ones whose panels list caffeine plus vitamins, minerals or amino acids all come from LEWA. The others (CAFERO, CAMO and Hicaff) list caffeine in a plain pouch base: fibre, water, salt, flavourings, sweeteners and pH regulators, with no vitamins or minerals.

LEWA positions FOCUS, GLOW and POWER as three distinct lines. FOCUS is its focus pouch. POWER carries the highest caffeine of the LEWA range at 50 mg per pouch. GLOW is the one with the longest list of vitamins and minerals. BURN sits alongside them with 20 mg caffeine and a shorter panel. All four lines share the same format: a Slim white pouch of 0.6 g, 18 pouches in a can, 10.8 g net weight per can.
Every one of these is nicotine-free and tobacco-free.

Caffeine is the one ingredient that every caffeine pouch shares, and the one the can prints an amount for. In our range it runs from 20 mg per pouch (LEWA BURN, FOCUS, GLOW) to 100 mg per pouch (Hicaff). Caffeine is a stimulant; how you respond to it is individual.
Taurine is usually grouped with amino acids. It is a common ingredient in energy drinks, which is probably where you've seen the name before. On a pouch panel it appears only in the LEWA POWER line.
Magnesium and magtein are related but not the same entry. "Magnesium" on a panel is the mineral. "Magtein" is a trade-marked name for one specific magnesium compound, magnesium L-threonate. LEWA FOCUS lists magtein; LEWA GLOW, BURN and POWER list magnesium. Two Onico Pure White pouches, which contain no caffeine, list magnesium hydroxide carbonate, a magnesium salt used as an additive in the pouch base rather than as an "extra".
The B vitamins are a family of water-soluble vitamins, each with its own number and chemical name. Four of them appear on the panels: B1 (thiamine) and B2 (riboflavin) on LEWA BURN, B5 (pantothenic acid) on FOCUS, GLOW and POWER, and B12 (cobalamin) on FOCUS and GLOW. No pouch in our range lists vitamin B6.
Zinc and selenium are both minerals. Zinc appears on GLOW and POWER, selenium on POWER only.
Yerba mate isn't on a caffeine pouch at all. It's listed on the two LEWA CLASSIC No Nico pouches, which are zero-nicotine products sold without a caffeine figure. Yerba mate leaves do contain caffeine in nature, but the LEWA CLASSIC can prints no caffeine amount. The product descriptions mention it for its taste: a dry undertone in the flavour.
Dracobelle and metabolaid are ingredient names that appear on the panels of LEWA GLOW and LEWA BURN respectively. The panel gives the trade name only; if you want to know more, the manufacturer is the source.
The "extras" are a few lines on a panel that is mostly the same from pouch to pouch. LEWA FOCUS, for example, lists: MCC (bulking agent E460), water, flavourings, magtein, caffeine, vitamin B12, propylene glycol, salt, erythritol, Ace-K, stevia (RA97), sucralose, vitamin B5.
Most of that list is the pouch itself. E460 is microcrystalline cellulose, a plant fibre and the base material. Water carries the flavour. Propylene glycol (E1520 on some panels) is a humectant that keeps the pouch moist. Salt is salt. Erythritol, Ace-K (acesulfame K, E950), stevia (E960) and sucralose (E955) are sweeteners; there is no sugar in any pouch in our range. Some panels add an acidity regulator such as sodium carbonate (E500). The full breakdown of E-numbers is in the ingredients guide.
So a "nootropic pouch" and a plain caffeine pouch are about 90 per cent the same list. The difference is three to five named vitamins, minerals or amino acids, and sometimes a trade-marked ingredient.
A caffeine pouch on 24Nico carries an ingredients list and the caffeine content per pouch as the manufacturer declares it. Rules can change; the panel in your hand is what applies to that can, and this is a description rather than legal advice.
Three things on the label are worth checking every time.
The ingredients panel on each can is the source of truth.
All of the pouches above are in the nicotine-free range. The caffeine products, with and without extras, are filtered together under caffeine pouches, and the full LEWA line is on the LEWA brand page. A dedicated focus pouches page collects the LEWA FOCUS, GLOW and POWER lines in one place.
If what you want is caffeine without the extras, the same caffeine pouches page also lists CAFERO, CAMO and Hicaff. If you want neither caffeine nor extras, the zero-nicotine pouches from ZERONITO, VELO Zero, LEO Zero and others make up the rest of the nicotine-free range.
A market label, not a product category. It's used for a nicotine-free pouch whose ingredients panel lists caffeine together with vitamins, minerals or amino acids. In our range that means the LEWA FOCUS, GLOW, BURN and POWER lines.
Yes, in practice. Both labels describe a caffeine pouch with extra named ingredients on the panel. "Focus" is also a product name: LEWA markets its FOCUS Cucumber Mint pouch as its focus product.
A brand name for magnesium L-threonate, a compound of magnesium and threonic acid. It's listed on LEWA FOCUS Cucumber Mint. Other LEWA pouches list plain magnesium instead.
An amino acid found in meat, fish and shellfish, and produced in the body. It's a familiar name from energy drink cans. In our range it appears only on the four LEWA POWER pouches.
No. Every pouch in our nicotine-free range contains 0 mg nicotine and no tobacco. The active ingredient on these panels is caffeine, printed per pouch.
LEWA FOCUS, GLOW and BURN contain 20 mg per pouch; LEWA POWER contains 50 mg. The full range of caffeine pouches we sell runs from 20 mg to 100 mg per pouch.
