20 mg caffeineWhat a focus pouch is
"Focus pouches" and "nootropic pouches" are marketing names rather than regulated categories. They describe nicotine-free pouches that a maker positions for focus, typically with caffeine and a handful of named vitamins or minerals on the ingredient list.
LEWA markets FOCUS as its focus pouch, and the can lists:
Product: LEWA FOCUS Cucumber Mint Caffeine per pouch: 20 mg Also listed: magtein, vitamin B12, vitamin B5 Format: Slim, 0.6 g, 18 per can |
Magtein is a brand name for magnesium L-threonate, a compound of magnesium and threonic acid. Vitamins B12 and B5 are water-soluble B vitamins. The rest is a standard pouch base: MCC (bulking agent E460), water, flavourings, propylene glycol, salt and sweeteners. The flavour is cucumber and mint, and like everything in our nicotine-free range it contains 0 mg nicotine and no tobacco.
At 20 mg, LEWA FOCUS sits in the light caffeine level alongside LEWA BURN and LEWA GLOW. Caffeine is a stimulant, and how you respond to it is individual. To compare amounts across the range, see nicotine-free pouches by caffeine.
In the meantime, caffeine & energy pouches covers the rest of the caffeine range, from 20 mg to 100 mg per pouch.
