Why doesn't every product have the badge?+

The badge marks the products where we stand behind the price with a refund promise. A product without the badge can still be a great price — it just is not part of the guarantee right now.

Does the guarantee include shipping?

No. It covers the product price including taxes and import fees. Shipping is a separate charge that depends on your cart.

Does it apply to discount codes?+

No. We compare regular, publicly available prices — not codes, member prices or one-off promotions, ours or theirs.

How quickly do I get the difference?+

Once we have checked the price, the refund goes to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider decides how quickly it shows.

So we keep our prices sharp, and we back the products that carry the Price guarantee badge with a promise: find the same product cheaper at another retailer that ships to the US, and we refund the difference.

What it means for you

  • The best price, every day. No need to shop around — a product with the badge is priced to be the best deal you can get with sales tax and import fees included and nothing to pay on delivery.
  • Easy to spot. Look for the Price guarantee badge on the product card, the product page and in your cart. If it is there, you're covered.
  • Cheaper elsewhere? We pay the difference. If you find it for less within 14 days of your order, we'll refund the difference to the payment method you used.

Found it cheaper?

Email us through the contact page with your order number, the retailer and where you saw the price. We check it and refund the difference — no forms, no hassle.

The small print

  • The same product — brand, flavor, strength and pack size.
  • Prices are compared as you'd actually pay them: including sales tax, duties and any import fees. Shipping charges are not part of the comparison, since they depend on the cart rather than the product.
  • The other retailer must ship to the US, and the price must be live and something you can show us.
  • Claims within 14 days of your order.
  • Not covered: promotional codes and member-only prices, marketplace or auction listings, clearance and damaged stock, obvious pricing errors, and prices in other markets or currencies.

The guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to orders placed while it is live.
