Zinc and magnesium are minerals; vitamins B12 and B5 are water-soluble B vitamins. Dracobelle is a trade-name ingredient as printed on the can; LEWA is the source for what it is made from. The rest is the pouch base: MCC, water, flavouring, a humectant (E1520), sodium chloride and sweeteners (E968, E958, E960, E955).
Worth knowing: GLOW is not caffeine-free. At 20 mg per pouch it sits in the light caffeine level, with LEWA FOCUS and LEWA BURN. Caffeine is a stimulant, and how you respond to it is individual.
