No, but every product here is both. Nicotine-free means 0 mg nicotine in the pouch. Tobacco-free means no tobacco leaf; the base is plant fibre. A nicotine pouch is tobacco-free but not nicotine-free.
Do nicotine-free pouches contain caffeine?
