Every nicotine-free pouch we stock, sorted by the caffeine in one pouch. Four levels, from none to 100 mg.
The caffeine content is printed on the can in mg per pouch, which makes it the clearest way to separate these products. We group the range into four levels:

The caffeine-free level is by far the largest. The light level is all LEWA, and two of its three pouches carry the maker's focus and wellness positioning. Coffee flavours sit near the top: all three CAFERO pouches and two of the CAMO pouches. Hicaff, at 100 mg, has the highest amount in the range. Every pouch on every level contains 0 mg nicotine and no tobacco.
As a reference point, EFSA's 2015 scientific opinion on caffeine considers single doses of up to 200 mg, and habitual intake of up to 400 mg a day, of no safety concern for healthy non-pregnant adults. Caffeine is a stimulant, and the way people respond to it varies. The amount per pouch on the can is the number to read.
