About NOAT
NOAT is a nicotine pouch brand designed and manufactured at its own factory in Skåne, in southern Sweden. The brand describes itself as a vertically integrated innovation and production company: it builds every pouch in-house rather than using a third-party manufacturer.
The range is built on an oat and plant-fibre base, chosen for its absorption properties: the fibre holds onto flavour and releases it over a longer period.
A slim, oat-based pouch
- Slim format, packed 20 to a pack
- Oat and plant-fibre carrier with added nicotine and flavourings, no tobacco in the formulation
- Gluten-free, in keeping with the oat-fibre base
A paper box instead of a can
NOAT ships in a slim rectangular paper box that slides open like a matchbox, rather than the round can most nicotine pouches come in.
- Slide-out tray: push the tray out and the pouches stand on edge in a single row, ready to pick from the top
- Bin at the other end: push the tray the opposite way to reach a compartment that takes up to five used pouches, emptied by turning the pack over and tapping it out
- Paper throughout and recyclable: the box is built without plastic
- Sealed in transit: a thin cellophane overwrap holds the moisture in until the pack is opened, after which the pouches stay lightly moist for about a week
Strength from Normal to Xstrong
NOAT runs across three tiers on the Low | Normal | Strong | Xstrong | Ultra scale:
- Normal: a lighter entry point
- Strong: the middle of the range
- Xstrong: the fullest hit
Per-pouch nicotine for each flavour is listed in the table below.
Flavour range across mint, fruit and matcha
- Mint: light spearmint through a sharper peppermint and a direct cold mint
- Fruit & spice: sweet peach paired with ginger, watermelon with a mild spice note, and a tangy spiced lime
- Matcha & blueberry: an earthy matcha character and a sweet, mildly tart blueberry
The full flavour-by-strength breakdown is in the table below.
Made in Skåne
NOAT's own factory in Skåne handles the full production process in-house, from the oat and plant-fibre formulation through to packing, rather than relying on a contract manufacturer. The brand holds a portfolio of 48 filed patents and design protections across its pouch technology.

FAQ NOAT
What is NOAT?
NOAT is a nicotine pouch brand built on an oat and plant-fibre base. The pouches are tobacco-free and designed for a steady release.
Where are NOAT nicotine pouches made?
NOAT pouches are designed and manufactured at the brand's own factory in Skåne, in southern Sweden. NOAT builds every pouch in-house, from formulation through to packing, rather than using a third-party contract manufacturer.
What strength does NOAT come in?
NOAT spans three tiers on the Low/Normal/Strong/Xstrong/Ultra scale: Normal for a lighter entry point, Strong in the middle of the range, and Xstrong for the fullest hit. Per-pouch nicotine for each flavour is shown in the range table on this page.
Why does NOAT use an oat fibre base?
Oat fibre has absorption properties that let the pouch hold onto flavour and nicotine, releasing both steadily through the session.
Is NOAT the same as snus?
No. Snus is an oral pouch that contains tobacco leaf. NOAT is a tobacco-free nicotine pouch, built on an oat and plant-fibre carrier with no tobacco in the formulation.
What does the NOAT pack look like?
NOAT comes in a slim rectangular paper box rather than a round can. The tray slides out one way for the pouches, which stand on edge in a single row, and the opposite way for a bin compartment that takes up to five used pouches. The box is paper throughout and recyclable.
Is NOAT suitable if you have a gluten intolerance?
Yes. NOAT's pouches are gluten-free despite the oat base: the formulation uses oat and plant fibre, water, vegetable glycerin, salt and flavourings, with no wheat or other gluten-containing ingredients added.
Does 24Nico deliver NOAT to Ireland?
Yes. The full NOAT range is delivered to any Eircode, with VAT included in the euro price and no customs charges within the EU. See our delivery page for the options available to your address.
