About JOL
JOL launched in 2026 as a tobacco-free, all-white nicotine-pouch brand from Liw Innovation, the Swedish manufacturer behind XPCT and COZ. The brand uses a character-led naming convention. Each pouch carries a one- or two-word title (Nothing Fancy, Pocket Pudding, Vampire Jam, Grandma's Freezer, Holliday Misstake), with the flavour given as a subtitle rather than a label.
Made by Liw Innovation in Hökerum
Liw Innovation is based in Hökerum, a small town in the south-west of Sweden just outside Ulricehamn, and runs the factory it built in 2011. The company describes itself as one of the pioneers of the all-white snus segment, and its team has worked in the Swedish smokeless category for more than two decades. Alongside JOL, Liw Innovation makes the XPCT nicotine pouch range and the COZ all-white snus line.
