Skruf Superwhite is the tobacco-free arm of Skruf, a Swedish brand built around a single idea: that the Swedish snus market needed more than one player. The Superwhite slim-pouch line is now the brand's tobacco-free flagship, sold alongside Skruf's traditional tobacco snus and the newer Intense sub-line.
Skruf was founded in 2002 by friends Adam and Jonas in Småland, southern Sweden, with the explicit aim of opening up the Swedish snus market against the then-monopoly. The challenger position stuck: today Skruf describes itself as the Nordics' second-largest snus manufacturer, with more than 300 employees.
