Buying nicotine pouches in Spain

1. How an order from Spain works

• Prices in euros, IVA included. Every price on the Spanish site is in euros with 21 % IVA included. It is one landed price: nothing more is collected on delivery.
• No customs. We ship from Sweden, inside the EU, so your parcel goes through no customs formalities and carries no customs charges.
• Payment. Pay by card (Apple Pay and Google Pay included) or with Klarna; payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Delivery. Orders are sent tracked, to a pickup point near you or to your door. Enter your address with province and postcode at checkout. Current options for Spain are on our delivery page.
• Península and Baleares. We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
• Age check. Nicotine pouches are for adults aged 18 and over. Every order with nicotine products is age-verified before it ships.
• 20 cans per order. Orders to Spain are capped at 20 cans of nicotine pouches.
• Returns. As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on unopened products; anything faulty, wrong or lost in transit is covered. The conditions are in our terms and conditions.

2. Reading the catalogue: brands, strength and format

The Spanish site carries our full range: ZYN, VELO, LOOP, Siberia, XQS, FUMi, Helwit, 77 and more. Three things tell products apart:

• Strength is shown as milligrams of nicotine per pouch — the figure that tells you how much nicotine one pouch contains, and the only one that compares across brands. • Format. Slim pouches are long and narrow and sit discreetly under the lip; Mini pouches are shorter and even more discreet. Most brands come in Slim; several, such as ZYN, VELO and LOOP, also come in Mini.

3. Pack sizes and price per can

Products come as a single can or in multi-can packs; the larger the pack, the lower the price per can, and the product page shows the price per can for each pack size. Keep the 20-can limit per order in mind when you combine packs.

4. Before you order: a short checklist
